will be half-roll.  Example: A full Hurricane roll will cost $8 a la carte and half roll placed on the train will cost $4.

Sushi Rolls Description

  • Alaskan Roll:  Smoke salmon & cream cheese with fresh salmon on the outside.
  • Philly Roll:  Salmon, cream cheese & avocado.
  • Crunchy Roll:  Tempura flakes, masago & mayo mix with ebi & kani wrapped on outside.
  • Dynamite Roll:  Tuna, salmon, snapper, oba leaves & tempura flakes.  Served with siracha hot sauce.
  • Oozzy Roll:  Kani & cream cheese roll with spicy mayo, masago & kani mix on top, then baked.
  • Mary Roll:  California roll with spicy tuna mix on top.
  • Mizu Roll:  Tuna, salmon, hamachi, kani, masago, scallions & cilantro.  Served with siracha hot sauce.       
  • Rainbow Roll:  California roll with assorted fish & avocado on the outside.
  • O’ Snap Roll:  Shrimp tempura inside with snapper & mayo-masago mix outside then baked.
    Spider Roll:  Soft shell crab, kani, masago, cucumber & avocado.  Served with eel sauce.
  • Dragon Roll:  Shrimp tempura & spicy mayo inside with eel & avocado on outside.  Served with eel sauce.
